Epistemica Global is an independent advisory and research practice. Its founding purpose is understanding how knowledge is created, examined and applied, and how experience can reshape what we understand.
We look at learning, strategy and technology as parts of one system. People, knowledge, tools and institutions shape one another within a particular context, and the system changes as evidence and experience feed back into it. Capability depends on those relationships, not on any single programme.

Executive advisor and systems architect with more than 25 years of experience helping governments, universities, multilateral organisations and industry leaders shape human capability, learning, workforce and AI-enabled systems.
He spent sixteen years contributing to Saudi Arabia’s national digital-learning system, progressing through project, consulting and advisory responsibilities, including Senior Advisor to the Director General.
